Chamonix
<\/strong>
Our base is the town of Chamonix, a resort near the junction of France, Switzerland and Italy. The town is situated at the base of Mont Blanc. There is a good range of self catering apartments and B&Bs.

As this is a self-booked meet you will need to arrange your own accommodation. Once the meet opens, members wanting to book or share accommodation can see offers of places by going to the meet entry on WebCollect and clicking ‘Book place’ >’Bookings’ >’Show’.

The format for the week will be the same as for our successful trips to Mayrhofen in 2022 and Stubai in 2025, i.e. we will use WhatsApp and meet ups in a local bar to arrange activities for each day.

This is a typical alpine area with a wide range of walks from a leisurely strolls up to scrambling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
